I use maca every day. My main use is in my morning cold brew coffee, which gets doctored with a dose of an extremely variable homemade blend of cacao, maca, and a blend of functional mushrooms. Occasionally, I add a wee bit of coconut water because I enjoy the flavor. If I’m going to take caffeine (and I am), I like to make that coffee multi-task with superfoods!
