Why Take Black Maca Extract?
There are 4 main reasons to add black maca extract into your diet, either as a stand-alone maca product or in addition to a powder or capsule
- Maca’s active nutrients become more bio-available after they have been extracted. This is because they have been isolated and suspended in a solution that makes them easier for the body to assimilate.

To create this powerful product, we start with 100% whole black maca root chips that are harvested by our amazing farming co-operatives in the high Andes of Peru. We use only the highest graded and most nutritionally dense roots for this purpose. Once chosen, these roots are processed with vegetable glycerin instead of alcohol. The proprietary 4-step process to extract nutrients is exhaustive and also preserves maca’s enzymes, polysaccharides and aromatic properties. Also, unlike alcohol, glycerin does not negatively affect or denature any of maca’s constituents. The result is a sweet tasting liquid extract that anyone, including children and diabetics can use and benefit from.
