Our Order Policy
At The Maca Team, orders generally leave our warehouse in Tennessee within one business day. Orders placed Friday afternoon (EST) Saturday and Sunday, leave our warehouse on Monday morning. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances as well as holidays, an order will take an extra day to ship. If there is ever a shipping delay we will inform you via email immediately.
We ship within the US and to APO boxes using USPS. We always use a tracking number and send it to you as soon as it’s available.
We regularly ship our products all over the world. We use both USPS and FedEx The international shipping options are:
- FedEx International Economy delivers in 4-8 business days
- FedEx International Priority delivers in 3-5 business days.
- USPS Priority (10-21 Business Days) - This option includes door to door tracking.
- USPS Express (8-12 Business Days) - This option includes door to door tracking.
Since your order will be shipped outside the U.S., you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. The Maca Team LLC is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package. Please check your country’s customs policies prior to ordering if you have any concerns.
Damages & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Since we sell the highest quality Maca products available, we rarely have any problems. But if your product is damaged or defective in some way, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of with a replacement or refund. If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we’ll help you get it replaced immediately.
Returns and Refunds
Unopened products in good condition may be returned upon approval of our office. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to get approval for the return. We are not able to refund shipping charges.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or have their tamper-evident seals removed.
All items purchased from The Maca Team are made in conformance to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility as a customer to provide a deliverable physical address for delivery. Orders that cannot be delivered due to a incorrect physical address will incur a delivery charge to the customer's account.
