    Ive been taking the red maca for 10 months now, and I genuinely have recommended it to many women in my life. I really feel a difference in my mood, energy, and focus, to name a few things. I am not too sure if I have noticed the hair growth, but I have noticed a difference in my body, I feel more in tune wth my hormones and my health. This has been one of the few supplements that I have noticed a dramatic difference in when I don't take it versus when I'm consistent. Anyways cannot recommend the red gelatinized premium red maca for women enough!

    I stumbled on the maca team while researching healthy ways to manage my hormones. I’m 41 and my hormones are changing to the point where It interferes with my daily life. The first week I noticed I was not tired half way through my day, I no longer drink coffee at 2pm to stay awake. This gives me the energy I need. Fast forward 6 weeks of taking red maca, my hormones are shifting for the better. The stress levels are low and I don’t have rage moments anymore. I worked my way up to 6 capsules a day and I think this works for me. My libido is better too! I am very happy with my experience and have recommended to some friends that are also entering the hormone shift era.
