    I have been taking 3 g/ day for a month now, so far zero difference. From The Maca Team: We've also emailed you Julia. For some people it takes a bit longer for Maca to show initial effects - up to 5-6 weeks. Also the we might recommend increasing the amount. Finally, there are some people for which Maca simply doesn't make a tremendous difference. Let us know how else we can help.

    I’ve used The Maca Team’s black maca for a long time. Wanted to give this a go. I didn’t feel most of the benefits, not the way black maca works for me. Sticking with this company, love their products and intentionality with their maca - just gonna keep ordering the black maca!

    I've been taking the gelatinised caps for some time now as I don't have a stomach so easier to digest and the capsules are convenient. The Maca has many benefits apart from boosting libido, it definitely helps keep me focused, energetic and in a positive mood.
