I noticed a subtle but definant benefit when taking 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules in the evening (a total of 8 capsules per day). I plan to continue its use (and perhaps increasing to a total of 12 capsules per day) for another 2 months and then decide whether or not to continue. A 200 count container goes pretty quick so if you are going to try it I would suggest purchasing 2 (each) 200 count containers to give it enough time to work into your system.
