Black Maca Root powder
the taste is so horrible, it is nauseating in water or coffee. like green beans X20. I can only eat my 2 tsp a day mixed in my breakfast cereal, or scrambled into eggs/cheese. but I do notice a bit more energy on my hikes/runs/skis, and not having to go pee more than 1-2X a nite now. so it is worth taking. next time I may go to capsules or extract.
