Not working for me personally
I've been using this maca powder for a few weeks now. I don't like the taste (which I'm sure is personal and not affecting the quality) Tuesday first few weeks I took 1 teaspoon in my yogurt every morning and I wasn't finding it made any difference, so I tried 2 teaspoons in a smoothie, still not enjoying and still not finding it to help me so the last week I haven't been consistent. If I can get myself to finish my bag I may try the capsules as I would love the benefits that many people are speaking of.. but for now I am not at all satisfied. Hi Susan, We've reached out via email to help troubleshoot. For some people maca simply takes longer to work in the body. Make sure to give it a good 4-6 weeks on a consistent serving size before giving up.
