Red Maca Root Chips
I didn't realize when I made the purchase that I had gotten the "chips" and not the powder. Being the first time using this product I assumed that's how the powder looked. After a few weeks I looked online and noticed it wasn't the powder. I try to let it sit in water for at least an hour to soften the chips for my smoothie. I'm going into week 4 and I haven't noticed much of a difference. I took 2tsp initially..... daily for 3 days and noticed some stomach issues so I backed down to 1 tsp for 3 weeks and now I'm upto 2tsp with no issues. I'll keep this going until the product runs out and if I don't see any difference I'll stop using it. They say not everyone gets the benefits of it so maybe I'm one of them :(
