Busy Mornings? Try Meal Prepping Peanut Butter Maca Overnight Oats

Back to school season is upon us, and you know what that means.. Very busy mornings! Whether you have children or not, these overnight oats are the perfect easy breakfast to prepare. Overnight oats don't require cooking, and can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 days, perfect for meal prepping for the week! This delicious Peanut Butter Maca Overnight Oats recipe is protein-packed and the maca will give you a natural energy boost. Check out some of the benefits of this simple breakfast:

   ●Packed with protein, fiber, and adaptogenic maca

   ●Made with clean ingredients

   ●Very little prep, and no cooking!

   ●Gluten-free, dairy-free and can be made vegan (substitute honey)

Ingredients (4 Servings):

   ●2 cups of rolledoats

   ●2 cups of milk of choice

   ●2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

   ●4 tablespoons of maca powder

   ●4 teaspoons of honey

   ●2 tablespoons of chia seeds (optional)

Toppings:

   ●2 bananas

   ●4 tablespoons of peanut butter

   ●2 tablespoons of cacao nibs (optional)

Instructions:

   ●Place oats in a small bowl or a jar.

   ●Add in milk, chia seeds, maca powder, vanilla extract, and honey.

   ●Stir and combine ingredients.

   ●Top with sliced banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter (and cacao nibs if you would like!)

   ●Secure with a lid and place in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes. (Best if left overnight!)
