- 4 T. red maca root powder
- 2 T. ashwagandha root powder
- 2 T. astragalus root powder
- 2 T. eleuthro root powder
- 1 T. licorice root powder
Combine herbs in amounts indicated. Store in a glass jar and label. Add 1 tsp. of herb powder per serving to any recipe you’re using this blend in.
