Maca Adaptogen Blend For Stress


A big thanks to Megan of Growing Up Herbal writing and sharing this recipe with us!  Megan is a Registered Nurse and Family Herbalist.  She mentions that this Maca Adaptogen recipe is especially good for kids, but adults love it too.  This recipe really can help.



  •     4 T. red maca root powder
  •     2 T. ashwagandha root powder
  •     2 T. astragalus root powder
  •     2 T. eleuthro root powder
  •     1 T. licorice root powder


Combine herbs in amounts indicated. Store in a glass jar and label. Add 1 tsp. of herb powder per serving to any recipe you’re using this blend in.maca-herb-blend-for-stress-1.jpg
