Maca Adaptogen Blend For Stress

She mentions that this Maca Adaptogen recipe is especially good for kids, but adults love it too. This maca and adaptogenic herbs blend really can help with stress and anxiety.
- 4 T. red maca root powder
- 2 T. ashwagandha root powder
- 2 T. astragalus root powder
- 2 T. eleuthro root powder
- 1 T. licorice root powder
Combine herbs in amounts indicated. Store in a glass jar and label. Add 1 tsp. of herb powder per serving to any recipe you’re using this blend in.
