    Been taking it for psst few weeks since I bought it, I take 4 daily. I hope to see all the benefits soon, I also have black maca powder that I use in my smoothies couple times a week. Hopefully I see great results overtime. I cannot do 5 stars as yet until I see big difference overtime but it's worth the buy.

    I bought this for the first time along with the red maca. The red maca has been great. However, this black maca made me very ill with GI upset; nausea and diarrhea. I believe there is an issue with the batch I received. I reached out to customer service for a refund or exchange, as I only tried it for two days and when I took them I became ill. They didn’t even apologize that I became ill, they just replied with: “items cannot be returned or exchanged that are opened”. You would think a red flag would go off for them knowing I only got sick on this black maca, but not the red that I ordered. It is what it is I guess. From The Maca Team: Sorry for your experience here. We've reached out via email to get this resolved for you.

    Maybe I haven't been taking it long enough to notice a difference

    I take the four capsules as soon as I wake up. I'm also taking red maca powder. Overall I don't really notice in a difference with anything physically but it's only been a few weeks so maybe it takes a couple months to notice a different with health and mood. Yes, please give it some more time. Since it works with hormones, maca can take a couple of months to support the body in starting to achieve hormonal balance. - The Maca Team
