It’s actually quite simple to add maca powder to many common recipes, beverages, and dishes, and this is the perfect example. We love to add some tasty organic Maca to our favorite recipes to give it a little extra nutritional boost. Follow the simple instructions below and you will be enjoying this superfood-infused guacamole in no time.
- 2-3 avocados - we prefer Hass
- 5 cherry tomatoes diced
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 3 t of Maca powder
- 1-2 lemons or limes, juiced
- 1 t celtic sea salt or himalyan crystal salt
- 1 glove garlic, crushed
Mash the avocados with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and enjoy immediately. We like to start with the tomatoes and avocados chilled.
