I'm taking Black Root Premium and Raw Yellow. It took about four days before I noticed a difference. I manage a company with a dozen employees and working anywhere from 12-14 hour days. At the end of the day I would be mentally drained with not much left for the wife and kids. I'm about a month into taking this product and my quality of life has improved tremendously!! Working the same amount with tons of energy left at the end of the day. I have noticed a mental crispness in recalling information in meetings, communicating with employees and engaging with customers. I'm also an ultra-runner and wish I would have found this product earlier this year. During the training season I log 70-80 miles per week and I'm always trying to improve recovery time. In the off season its only 30-40 miles per week and I've noticed less soreness the next day after a long run. To anyone out there looking for a natural edge to stay focused, be more efficient and increase their energy.....by this product!! At 43 years old, it's a game changer for me.

Been taking 2 in AM +2 in PM for 2 weeks have not had any change. Capsules may not be filled with maca. Expected more. From The Maca Team: Hi Kyle, we've also emailed you. First thing we want to assure is that our capsules are filled in house by our employees with our maca so we know that what they contain. Second, we'd recommend taking a bit more and being patient since Maca takes more time to show initial results for some people. If after a month of 6-8 capsules daily there is little noticeable difference it may be that Maca isn't quite right for you. Let us know how else we can help.

This is my second order placed. I've recently received the results of my diabetic A1c blood work. Nov '21: 8.7 April '22: 6.3 July '22: 5.4 NORMAL! After cleaning up my diet even more, resuming near daily exercise, & supplementation (including black maca), I've managed to hit the lowest blood sugar numbers ever in the 15 plus yrs of being diabetic. 1st order of the capsules, & they are as potent as they are convenient. After abt a wk: renewed energy. 2 months in, sustained energy. Added bonus: taken with my other supplements, a cleaner diet, + renewed exercise, & I've been enjoying occasional "morning arousal" once again.
