This product has really increased my libido, balanced my hormone. I now have a 28 day cycle, it was 25 or 26 before, which might not seem much different, but a big deal for me. My energy level has also increased and I'm maintaining weight now. I used to fluctuate up and down. I'm on the thinner size and always want to be at least 135lbs, instead of 125 at one point then130 at another And maintain it. My weight was so unpredictable. I am 140lbs and maintaining that. My butt is now firm. I feel so much more sexier. I'm happy with this product. I see a lot of good changes. Of note. I'm getting a thyroid test to see what the levels are.

I'm 39 and had started to experience symptoms of ovarian failure (otherwise known as the pause) and the lack of menses for months, and was having all the symptoms you can imagine. Flashes, night sweats, sleep problems, concentration issues, energy lag, and the list goes on. I was recommended to try Maca by a naturopath while we waited for my full panel test results to come back (we wanted to ensure we were seeing the real thing before starting treatments), and so I tried the Red and Premium Maca for a month. What a difference. I did some internet research first, so please be careful with taking it, as fruit juice caused a helluva gas storm for me, water works best, and with food is the best (in my opinion only). I don't have a sensitive stomach but I think with anything that has enzymes present you should ensure your stomach is primed when taking, otherwise you might experience pain or gas. First thing I noticed within an hour of taking it was the calm. It kind of flowed over me and I was working away so not expecting anything (to deter any assumptions of placebo effect), but I paused from an email and noticed how calm I felt. My work is mentally stressful so sometimes I notice I'm tense. Also, I was thinking clearly. No fog. Clear and sharp. I managed to get through the day with minimal flashing and still had the get-up-and-go feeling, was able to workout, and when I fell asleep that night I have to say it was better. Now having said all that, it's not a cure, it's not something that will work for everyone's body, but for me it at least gave me some peace. I took it for a full month at 3 capsules a day (morning, noon and night - although I eventually changed the night to noon with the other one, to alleviate any awake feelings at bedtime). For the most part, the symptoms I was having were very few - the first week they went away completely but as my body got used to it they came back, just a little. When I say "they" I just mean the day warm periods (not quite a flash). However on the third week, they went away again. I was advised to power through any "side effects" as the body would take some time to get used to it. After two months I was advised to take a break. I did have some new symptoms being on the Maca, and we think this is purely due to my Thyroid being mostly in the normal range, so it may have overworked somewhat. I felt a little chilly at times, mostly hands and feet, so I wore sweaters more often. two months though, all my tests and panels were back (all were done before the Maca) and we diagnosed me with menopause, so we started Bio Identical hormones for me, to alleviate any bone loss starting so young and keep me at an even keel for however long I decided to take them. This means no more need for Maca, although I still believe in its effects as an immune booster, and I passed them onto my mom as she is suffering adrenal fatigue and may benefit from it. I wouldn't hesitate to take them again for other things but since I need to monitor the hormone intake now, I won't be taking them as much. I highly recommend them to anyone suffering, at least to try for a month to see how you feel. Remember that for the body to get better, long term use is the only way. I'm sure if I'd continued to take them I would have had even more benefits.

My husband and I have been taking the Maca supplements without any side effects and are working up to the full dose recommended. I like starting slow so we started at half the dose and are working our way up. The company sent the product very quickly and I was pleased with the service.

Recently purchased the premium raw capsules and I'm loving the results. The only issue is the pungent smell at first but after taking the capsules for a few days I'm used it. I get a ton of energy when I work out and I don't feel dull or restless throughout my day. Thank you for such an amazing product!

The service from the Maca Team was excellent. The product arrived very quickly. Too early to tell if I am feeling any benefit from the product. I am about 2/3 through my first order. I will order again in hopes of feeling benefit---I feel like the it will come.
