E-N-E-R-G-Y/ Stamina and everything else...
My husband and I have been taking this Red Maca for a month now and we both have had outstanding results from it. He says he feels like he's a teenager again as far as stamina and when he wakes up.. sorry if this is TMI... It's impossible for me to get that man to try any herbs, but her LOVES Maca and takes it faithfully. As for me taking this herb has given me lots of energy in the morning for work... It helps me focus and think critical without daydreaming off into wonderland. I honestly feel a lot smarter LOL! Also, I have PCOS so I have a few premenopausal symptoms and maca has helped a lot with that. Ill is having an IUI next month so we'll see if they will help me get Pregnant as well.

It works
I was not sure how much I should take. I started with 4 per day but that didn't seem to do much. I then increased it to 6,then 8. At 8 I started to notice significant changes in my libido and overall outlook on life. I became more optimistic. My low testosterone levels had turned me into an unlikable grinch.

Great Product
I took the gelatinized red maca and decided to try the red raw maca. After a week I had to stop because of digestive issues and ordered another gelatinized container. Over all Maca has helped my menopause symptoms and overall health. Very pleased with your product and highly recommend!

Perimenopause
I am 51 and weigh 52 kilos. Started using this product 4 months ago for perimenopausal problems. I started taking 4 tablets a day before breakfast and in 10 days it cleared up hot flushes from 30 to 4 approx and night sweats from 20 to 2 approx. My anxiety and irritability have improved, and I have a lot more energy. Only thing it hasn't helped with is my insomnia, so I have decided to reduce my dose to 2 a day and see if that helps. I don't take any tablets one day a week, my symptoms don't return but I do feel tired that day. Thank you macateam.

I live Maca

LIFE SAVER - NO JOKE
I was on the pill for 10 years before trying for the first time to come off of it 4 years ago. Within 6 months I had extremely bad acne all over my face, my hair fell out, I hadn't menstrated in 6 months and was worried (and not well researched) so I went back on it. I tried 3 more times over 3 years to come off with no luck and the same results. Until September 2016 I had enough and did some major research when I came across Red Maca.
