The maca has not lived up to my expectations which most importantly was increased Energy. I am usually fatigued by noon and after taking this for about a month, I havent noticed any changes in my energy levels. It does increase natural lubrication

I've been taking a different brand of maca for a year when they stopped selling it so I had to search for something new. When I first started taking red maca, I was convinced it wasn’t going to help me. I can be a little impatient especially when dealing with hormonal acne. I am at the end of week 3 of taking the capsules and I’m starting to see improvements in my skin and mood. Thankful for this product!

Red Maca and breastfeeding
Shipping and customer service was fantastic. Got my order fast. I decided to try maca 6 months postpartum due to positive things it can do for breast milk supply, low libido while breastfeeding, and energy levels. I use red maca to help with feminine issues, i stated taking this less than a month ago, and my period seem to be more in course, it also didn't seem to be a heavy as it usually is.
