This is an absolute staple for me! I always take it first thing in the morning a few minutes before I work out; always gives a nice boost of energy to get me going. I definitely notice an over all difference in my general wellbeing when I don't take these. One thing I will mention is to take the amount that works best for YOUR body. More than 6 tends to make me nauseous, and, in other reviews other people have mentioned not being able to take the large amounts as well. Something worth mentioning. Overall, great product!
