Ingredients:

  • 2 and ½ cups nut milk (coconut or almond)
  • 4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon of maca powder
  • 2 dates pitted
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon to taste (optional)

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Place ingredients in a small saucepan and slowly warm to temperature desired.

Good Energy Maca Latte

Enjoy a creamy, delicious latte made with energizing maca powder to fuel your day. This wholesome blend supports sustained energy, mental focus, and overall wellness, offering a perfect alternative to your morning coffee or a cozy afternoon boost.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 2 tsp. maca powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. ground turmeric
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • sweetener of choice, as needed

Preparation:

In a small saucepan, whisk the maca and spices into the milk over medium heat. Once the mixture nearly begins to simmer, remove from heat, pour into a mug, and add sweetener to taste - Serves 1.

Maca Tea

Looking to unwind with a simple, caffeine-free maca drink? Try this maca tea recipe - we like to use ginger lemon herbal tea as our base.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 t maca powder
  • 1 C of your favorite hot tea

Instructions:

  1. Brew your hot tea for 3-5 minutes
  2. Add Maca and stir or shake in a blender bottle until well combined.

If you are using gelatinized Maca, you don't have to be worried about cooking the Maca (since it's pre-cooked) and you can simply place it in the cup along with the tea while it’s brewing.
