Organic Maca Hot Chocolate
A big thanks to Vani Hari from Food Babe for writing and sharing this maca hot chocolate recipe with us! Note that this photo has our Organic Red Maca Root Powder with the old label on it. It's actually interesting to see the difference with our new ones.
- 2 and ½ cups nut milk (coconut or almond)
- 4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon of maca powder
- 2 dates pitted
- Pinch of salt
- Cinnamon to taste (optional)
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Place ingredients in a small sauce pan and slowly warm to temperature desired.
