I like having the different varieties of Maca. The red is much sweeter but all of the flavors blend nicely into smoothies or even just plain in water. I add a little cinnamon and it's very warming in a glass of nut milk. Great mood and energy enhancing.

I had previously tried a yellow maca from The Maca Team when they sold on Amazon. This sampler package was an excellent introduction into the different types of maca and gave us the opportunity to try each "colour" separately, as well as mixing combinations for our smoothies. If you are unsure what colour maca you prefer, this is a great purchase to figure out what works best for you.

I have a physical job lifting heavy boxes up to 100lbs. I need help from others but when they are not around I depend on Maca to get me through. If I miss two days I really feel the weakness at work.

This is a great package to buy, especially if you're new to Maca! You have all the flavors in i purchase to try! Personally I like them all and take it daily! I love the health benefits and great energy too and sex is through the roof! I need to say that I am a very healthy 55 year old grandpa! :) The Maca Team is a great company with great products and I will be a customer for life! Unfortunately maca does not seem to suit us. I bought the sampler pack of gelatinized maca and both the blend and the black maca smell repulsive to both my husband & I. The red smells & tastes tolerable. Both my husband & I took it for a few days and did not feel any positive difference. I did feel slightly nauseas taking it, but that could have been my chronic fatigue. I then spoke with my doctor and since I have prolonged elevated progesterone levels he advised I not take it. So, I'm now planning on offering it to a neighbor.

Maca first came to us by our vitamin supplier. They ship a generic staple in its different forms. Their maca varieties are good, as is their customer service. Then we ordered from the Maca Team. Comparison? Think fire-fly, then think mid-day sun. At 76 and 73 years respectively, that is a big deal; and at comparable cost too. The sampler set is a great idea for families/couples who may have different needs with Maca!
