Love my Maca!
My husband and I both take the gelatinized premium Maca capsules. We both have noticed we feel better, more energy and more frisky! I have digestive issues so that's why I chose the gelatinized capsules and I have no problem with them. I can't quite put my finger on it, but I think I feel more grounded when I'm taking this supplement! We plan on continued use of this product.

My Body Loves This One
I was taking the red raw but read about how sometimes a body might react better to the gelatinized ones. So I decided to try this one. Within two weeks my semi hot flashes stopped. I was getting them even with the red maca. But not anymore. I'm going to start taking these now. Love them.

Profound Impact Even At Small Doses
I had been taking Gelatinized Black Maca Powder in my smoothies for months prior to ordering the Gelatinized Premium Maca Capsules. I originally ordered Gelatinized Black Maca Powder for its ability to help improve stamina, strength, and bone density - key for my training as a rock climber and obstacle course racer. I have a few big races coming up in the next six months, so I decided to try out Gelatinized Premium Maca Capsules for some extra support. I knew the Premium would be much stronger than the Black, especially in its Gelatinized form. The serving size is listed as 8 capsules, but I decided to start out with 2 capsules per day. I really like that I can take very specific, incremental doses - I began by taking one at breakfast and opening another capsule into my smoothie to enjoy after my workout. Within two weeks I noticed my libido was much higher than average - not what I was expecting but definitely welcome. I will continue to take Gelatinized Black Maca Powder together with the Gelatinized Premium Maca Capsules. Maca holds such an incredible life force; I can clearly see and feel the benefits from taking it in as many ways as I can.

Is it just me?
I have been taking this now for 4 /5 weeks and before that another maca for over 3 months and after reading all these positive reviews I am so disappointed and feel I am the only one where it is not doing anything !!!!! I still have hot flushes every couple of hours during the night have no interest in sex and still have weight gain at times feel Iam slowly going nuts with the menopause syptoms what am I doing wrong or does it not always work for everyone before I order another tub. No energy either
