Love the capsules as I wasn't too keen on the powder, these are so much easier to take and tasteless. Has worked wonders for my hormone balance as I'm going through menopause and wanted something natural. Have tried other natural tablets but these work best for me. Big thumbs up! I'm a Kiwi living in Australia so have to get it shipped from US each time but it's definitely worth it for my sanity
