I have used this product for some time now and recommend this product or the Maca that works best for you, they will help you find the right one for you. I prefer the capsules and they are very easy to take. As a woman who is now 50, it's hard to find products that help with menopause all the effects it brings. Take it and give it time to see what it can do for you. My cat even goes nuts every time I open the container...LOL

I've been taking the red maca root capsules daily for the past year to level out my hormones and they're fantastic. Post Partum Hormone Balance!
I started maca a few years ago, about a year after I went off of birth control pills. I was struggling with very painful cystic acne on my back, neck, and face. Some nights I couldn't sleep on my back it hurt so bad. I was also noticing my mood was not stable with irritablility and swings that I was not used to. Within a few weeks of starting maca, my cystic acne completely cleared up and my mood was noticeably more stable. About a year after started maca, we decided we wanted to have our first child. Within 2 months of trying I was pregnant with our first child and then 2 years later the same story with our second child. I stopped the maca with both pregnancies but then returned to maca at 5 months postpartum (while breastfeeding) to balance my hormones for mood and skin. I recommend maca to all my postpartum friends especially those struggling with hormone imbalance resulting in mental health and skin issues. Thank Maca Team!
