Believe the hype!
I started menopause a year ago and I've mostly been trying products from the drugstore and was willing to try all the natural remedies as well before resorting to anything my doctor might prescribe me. Some products help a little to not at all and I was getting frustrated when a friend suggested Maca. During some online research, I discovered The Maca Team and was very impressed with their company and product. I also read the reviews for this product for relief of menopausal symptoms and they were very encouraging. I purchased the capsules and within a few DAYS, I became aware that I hadn't had a single hot flash- not even a tingle and I was SOLD. My menopause symptoms were really affecting my quality of life and my ability to sleep through the night and these capsules have helped me immensely. Actually Works
for years I suffered with hot flashes without help... I read about you products couldn't hurt to try it. The best decision I ever made. I will continue to buy it instead of dangerous hormone replacement. But I feel that it has caused me weight gain even though I work out so I don't know.

Maca for menopause
After going off estrogen a few months ago, the hot flashes returned and it was unbearable. I researched natural alternatives and decided to try Maca, starting with the red gelatinized to avoid stomach issues. I had no side effects and gradually increased the dose until the hot flashes all but disappeared. The customer service is excellent. I'm grateful for the product and this company.

Amazing Results!
A friend recommend red maca powder for my hormonal changes due to menopause. After reading about the origins of maca and the benefits and lack of side effects I thought "why not?" I'm now on my fourth month of using maca powder and it works wonderfully. Hot flashes are nearly non-existent and my "mood" is much better. I was using Lexapro as an anti-anxiety med. I discontinued this and found that maca powder does nearly as well. I also feel very confident in buying from The Maca Team. I believe they are concerned with the quality of the product and are diligent in processing it. I'm recommending to everyone with similar issues/symptoms!
