I loved the idea of maca root pills the instant i heard about them. I started them maybe a month ago and i really haven't seen many results honestly. I was hoping for increase in energy as well as the body shape fill-out effect that it has. May be on my part why I haven't been seeing many results as I have many medical problems both mental and physical right now and I tend to forget to take things regularly. But, I will continue to use this product and hope for the results I wish for! :)

for years I suffered with hot flashes without help... I read about you products couldn't hurt to try it. The best decision I ever made. I will continue to buy it instead of dangerous hormone replacement. But I feel that it has caused me weight gain even though I work out so I don't know.

After going off estrogen a few months ago, the hot flashes returned and it was unbearable. A friend recommend red maca powder for my hormonal changes due to menopause. After reading about the origins of maca and the benefits and lack of side effects I thought "why not?" I'm now on my fourth month of using maca powder and it works wonderfully. Hot flashes are nearly non-existent and my "mood" is much better. I was using Lexapro as an anti-anxiety med. I discontinued this and found that maca powder does nearly as well. I also feel very confident in buying from The Maca Team. I believe they are concerned with the quality of the product and are diligent in processing it. I'm recommending to everyone with similar issues/symptoms!

Overall, I feel better when I take them and do believe it has helped normalize my periods.
