Life changing miracle root

Effective but pricey in capsule form
I have noticed benefits using red maca. However, the powder is absolutely horrible tasting. Therefore, I moved to capsules. The downside is that I use nearly 20g/day. This gets quite expensive as I cannot order bulk at a lower price.

Maca red for hot flashes
When I stopped taking estrogen, the hot flashes returned with a vengeance. I opted for a natural solution and after doing some research, decided to try the red maca. It took about 2 weeks to find the right dosage and since then I've had only minimal "flushes". I'm very happy with the results, and no side effects. Customer service is excellent.

So convenient
I love the red maca capsules, they are so convenient and easy for when I'm at work. I always mix the powder in my oatmeal in the morning but I take a couple capsules late morning and I keep my energy levels and clear head all day long. Like It Better Than The Yellow
