I gots these for my wife of 30+ years. she was going through Horrific crippling hot flashes. Indescribable mood swings, half of the time i didn't know whom she was..or was going to be! she had been taken everything that came along to try to ease the pain.nothing was working. just making things worse so I got online a did some looking around when i came across this product..so I ordered a jar.when i got it couple of days later, I told her to take it..not to smell it.. it does have a bit of a smell. i had her start with 2 capsules..with in 20 mins they started to work!!! her hot flashes had dropped off to a tolerable level for the first time in years.. I had her take 2 capsules 3times a day for the first week..sense this stuff can't hurt you in any way.. was a good place to start. by bed time she had taken 4...she slepted all night.. which was a first..all in the first 24hours!! by the end of the first week most of her symptoms had reversed she only had a little gas and that was temporary its worked so well she gave some to the ladies she works with. with the same rapid results.. this stuff has made me a hero..in my house as well as many others around town.. it really does work wonders..

Red Pills work best for me!
Love Red Maca and what it does for your body. I've tried the powder the crystallized and I find both stick very much too my teeth unless I mix it really good with something else and is not the easiest thing to mix. I love the benefits of adding to my diet. I was first introduced to Maca in the Amazon jungle when I spent time with shamans so I know good when it is good quality. What you are providing for your clients is the best but I find the pills are easy to use and swallow. I take for today and I still read the benefits that Maca provides.

I found out about two months ago that I have type 2 diabetes. Along with that, I am about 150 lbs. overweight and have been battling hormonal issue for years.
