I have noticed so much improvement in my day to day activities. I have PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome) and had been recently struggling with a lot of the symptoms, especially fatigue. I use the red maca for endocrine support. I find the maca team mace to be very high quality and I feel the difference using it.

I really like this product, I do feel a little more energy and more relaxed, but I mainly got it to get my cycle regulated and so far it hasn't done anything for me yet, but I've only been taking it for about a month. I'm sure it will help me soon and then I'll go back, update this review and give it 5 starts
