I am 54 years old this product works for my hot flashes. I stopped taking it and the hot flashes was unbearable I went right back to it. I don't get hot as much anymore. I definitely recommend this product

Probably the best for of Maca for me. Best taken 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach, aprox 1 hour before eating. The only downside would be the size.. would love if it was sold in a larger size.
