THE BEST NATURAL SOLUTION FOR MENOPAUSE SYMPTOMS
I recently began menopause and the hot flashes have been terrible. The night sweats do not allow me to sleep and daytime hot flashes are have a real pain. I have been taking macca for about a month now and im actually going to stop my birth control and just take maca. My acne was so bad that I needed to.get on b.c. To balance my hormones. Since taking the maca my acne has lessened and my hormones and periods have been so regular. My mood is stable and it's all around a wonderful peruvian root and im happy I came across this site. I would recommend maca to anyone struggling with hormone imbalance. Also it's helped my libido alot and gives me energy in the morning! Lots of love to this maca family <3

Wonderful product
This is the first time I've tried Maca and I love the liquid, I just put 2 droppersful in my coffee in the morning and I am set to go! The energy lasts thru until afternoon with no crash. It has also helped with my mood swings and I am noticing a bit of my libido coming back. Yay! My daughter has started using it as well and I'm hoping it will help ease some of her monthly discomfort. I also purchased the pills to take with me to work if I need a boost during the day. My massage therapist also buys her Maca from the Maca Team. No prostate panacea
I read the prostate study you cited on your web site - " An important study published in the "Journal of Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology" 2005; 3:5. concluded that over the course of 42 days: “Red Maca but neither Yellow/Cream nor Black Maca reduced significantly ventral prostate size in rats.“ We’ve also had some very positive reports from customers about this benefit of Maca for men. Use Red Maca for this purpose". And, since I'm suffering symptoms of benign prostate hyperplasia or BPH, I decided to try the red maca glycerine extract. Verdict : Two bottles and five weeks later, I regret to report, there was no perceived change in BPH symptoms. Wheather a longer term of use is necessary to experience prostate benefit remains to be seen.
