- 2-3 t of Maca Powder – We recommend Raw Black Maca as it’s the best for muscle building and stamina
- 1/4 cup hulled hemp seeds
- 1 cup hemp seed milk
- 2 bananas
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
