Maca Protein Body Builder Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 t of Maca Powder – We recommend Raw Black Maca as it’s the best for muscle building and stamina
  • 1/4 cup hulled hemp seeds
  • 1 cup hemp seed milk
  • 2 bananas

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.   Enjoy immediately.
