Good food
I have used maca on and off for about 10yrs. I feel better when I am taking it, and I guess the closest description I can use is, balanced. I don't crave chocolate or sweets when I am taking maca regularly. To put it in some perspective, when I'm not taking maca regularly I can do some serious damage to a party size box of Oreos. I have taken red and black maca separately in the past, but currently I feel that the tri-color is an awesome balance of the maca's. I put it in breakfast smoothies for my husband and myself. I find the breakfast smoothie to be the easiest way to make sure it's taken every day.
