My husband and I decided to try this product, in addition to the pills also, and I'll have to say we can't tell a difference. I'll share that we are 56 and 61 respectively, in great physical health, and live a life full of love and laughter. To put this review in context for others looking to decide to try it or not, I am menopausal (5 years), I take BioIdentical Hormones (5 yrs), I am 5'7, 145 lbs, I work out 3X a week for approx. 30 min, 1 cup of coffee a day, take vitamins, protein whey powder, protein bars, a multi-collagen powder supplement, and eat balanced (cake, chocolate, wine and pizza in moderation). After 30 days we could not tell a difference, so we decided to give it another 30 days thinking it needed to build up in our system. Approximately 2 months later and still, no difference. I purchased a 3 month supply so once we complete what we have purchased I doubt we will continue. Perhaps we are in optimal health and that's why we can't tell a difference, but we cannot cosign on this product because we have not seen the effects that others have witnessed.
