Premium tri-color maca liquid extract is a concentrated extract made from a traditional blend of red, yellow, and black maca roots (Lepidium meyenii) grown in the high Andes of Peru and extracted into a vegetable glycerin base. Our premium tri-color maca extract is made from premium tri-color maca chips and USP-certified vegetable glycerin. During the extraction process, many of the naturally occurring components of maca root are concentrated and preserved, producing a smooth tasting liquid extract that is easy to take and easy to carry with you throughout the day.
This product combines two distinct features: it uses a traditional tri-color maca blend and it is made from premium processed maca chips.

Tri-color maca is a blend of the three major maca root colors: red, yellow, and black. This is the traditional way maca has long been consumed in the Andes, where the roots were historically used together rather than separated by color.

Help for metabolic syndrome?
I've been taking maca powder religiously for a couple of months now. I started with adding the black maca powder to my morning protein drink and added the maca drops daily for about 3 weeks now. I have metabolic syndrome and sleep apnea and have felt like crap for so long. That said, I've been slowly climbing out of what has seemed like hell. I can't say definitively that maca is the reason but it is very coincidental. I feel so good after my drink in the morning and drops in the afternoon. I've had enough energy to slowly add exercise back into my busy schedule. Again, I'm not saying with absoluteness that maca is the reason but I feel very strongly it is. My suggestion is to try it. I went with the black maca and I'm happy with it and I'm getting ready to buy more.

We love maca! My husband uses black and I use premium. Extract great for travel. Keep it in my purse. We do prefer the raw powder but this was great on vacation! Maca team provides the best maca!
