The Morning Motivator is not overly sweet & is ground finely like powdered sugar. It mixes well in hot or cold milk/water & leaves a bit of froth on top. I've been using it & red maca for about a month for fertility benefits & have also noticed my breath has changed as well as my hydration since the maca is replacing coffee.
