This stuff is great!
I mix it with yogurt and some sweetener and it is absolutely delicious -- rich and nutty, sort of like warm bread your Grandma just took out the oven. It gives me a sustained energy boost that's not speedy like caffeine. I've tried other brands, and this is the best by far.
