First, the maca roots are fresh processed soon after harvest rather than sun-dried. Fresh processing involves cleaning, grinding, and drying the roots shortly after harvest using controlled low-temperature drying.
Second, the maca powder is gelatinized. Gelatinization is a process in which maca powder is heated under controlled conditions to remove the natural starch content. The resulting powder is often easier to digest than raw maca.
No ingredients are added during gelatinization, and the final powder remains a completely plant-based product.

Great
This is my third time purchasing this product. It had been a couple of months in between each purchase and I definitely noticed a difference between taking the maca and not taking it. I don’t know how long it’s supposed to take to get in your system, but I noticed immediately I had more energy, I felt more calm and was more focused. I missed a morning and that afternoon I felt the difference. I can’t run out of this! It’s a staple for me!!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this product. Not only has it helped w/agonizing hot flashes. It has balanced my estrogen levels and also helped stabilize my mood as to where I am not so irritable as much. I’ve been taking red maca 1 month and 9 days and I have seen dramatic changes. I usually take 3 per day and it helps tremendously. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!!!!
