Our premium gelatinized red maca capsules contain 100% premium gelatinized red maca powder and no other ingredients. We do not use fillers or additives of any kind, which insures that you receive the most out of adding maca root to your life.
All of our maca products are carefully and consciously grown, processed and handled. They come from an organic farming co-op near Junin, Peru, the traditional farming area for maca root. We work only with producers who own and manage their lands at a local grass roots level. About Premium Gelatinized Red Maca Capsules
Our gelatinized premium red maca capsules contain powder that is made from 100% red maca roots. They are different in a couple of ways.
First, what makes this maca “premium” is the way in which it is processed. Instead of being sundried, maca roots are fresh processed immediately after harvest. After coming out of the ground they are cleaned in a citrus solution, ground into a pulp and low temperature dried. This special processing leaves more glucosinolates (potential anti-cancer nutrients) in the final product
Second these capsules contain maca powder that has been “gelatinized.” Gelatinization is a process in which Maca is heated to high temperatures (160F / 70C). The heat causes the starch molecules in maca to irreversibly dissolve and the result is a powder that has had some of its nutrients compromised but is easier to digest than raw maca. It’s important to note that nothing is added to maca during the gelatinization process.

Red Maca Root
Has really been a life saver. I started this one week after a radical complete hysterectomy....In addition to my estrogen patch which was barely touching the hot flashes and sexual issues, the red maca root after about a week completely eliminated those issues. I will continue to take this in addition to my estrogen patch. I am extremely happy and will be ordering again.

This is my third time purchasing the Maca capsules, this time got the organic. I did the questionnaire and it recommended the red gelantinized. I notice a definite improvement in my mood when I take these. I’m happier & less irritated and I have more energy. I take them on an empty stomach in the morning. There’s a difference in me relating to stress if I miss some days I’m easily irritated. These calm me down tremendously. Also they don’t upset my stomach. Oh and they do increase the libido! I noticed a difference within a couple of days when taking them.

After a TON of research, this brand kept coming back as the best, purest maca. I purchased the capsules in hopes of alleviating perimenopausal symptoms and within 2 days of taking them, started feeling lots of energy, symptoms were lessened and after a month, I can honestly say that red maca absolutely works. This is my third time purchasing this product. It had been a couple of months in between each purchase and I definitely noticed a difference between taking the maca and not taking it. I don’t know how long it’s supposed to take to get in your system, but I noticed immediately I had more energy, I was calm my anxiety had went down tremendously and I was more focused. I missed a morning and that afternoon my anxiety was back. I can’t run out of this! It’s a necessity!!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this product. Not only has it helped w/agonizing hot flashes. It has balanced my estrogen levels and also helped stabilize my mood as to where I am not so irritable as much. I’ve been taking red maca 1 month and 9 days and I have seen dramatic changes. I usually take 3 per day and it helps tremendously. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!!!!
