    Started taking this product after reading about the possible beneficial effects for an enlarged prostate. Little did I know it would shoot my PSA up by over 1.5 points. After further research, I found it can indeed have the effect of raising PSA for men that already experiencing high levels. If you are under medical supervision for prostate issues that involve periodic PSA readings, I would not recommend taking this product. While people do respond differently, I can only relate this was the effect on me.

    Product quality seems great. Love the company. Doesn't seem to be having much of an effect, but perhaps it is too soon and/or I am not taking enough. Wish I had understood difference between "Premium" and regular, as I probably would have chosen differently.

    Has really been a life saver. I started this one week after a radical complete hysterectomy....In addition to my estrogen patch which was barely touching the hot flashes and sexual issues, the red maca root after about a week completely eliminated those issues. I will continue to take this in addition to my estrogen patch. I am extremely happy and will be ordering again.

    This is my third time purchasing the Maca capsules, this time got the organic. I did the questionnaire and it recommended the red gelantinized. I notice a definite improvement in my mood when I take these. I’m happier & less irritated and I have more energy. I take them on an empty stomach in the morning. There’s a difference in me relating to stress if I miss some days I’m easily irritated. These calm me down tremendously. Also they don’t upset my stomach. Oh and they do increase the libido! I noticed a difference within a couple of days when taking them.

    After a TON of research, this brand kept coming back as the best, purest maca. I purchased the capsules in hopes of alleviating perimenopausal symptoms and within 2 days of taking them, started feeling lots of energy, symptoms were lessened and after a month, I can honestly say that red maca absolutely works.
