Why Gelatinized Maca?
Both raw and gelatinized maca have been widely used and studied. The primary difference between them is how the maca is prepared.
Gelatinized maca is produced by heating maca powder under controlled conditions to remove most of the natural starch content. The resulting powder is often easier to digest than raw maca.

Feeling better
