Have been taking Red Maca to promote prostate health for about 3 weeks. I take it with my morning coffee and I am developing a taste for the nutty flavor with my coffee. A bit of abdominal gas initially, but subsiding. I am experiencing a noticeable decrease in Nocturia and improved pee flow. So far so good.

I’ve been using this product for about two a half weeks and I can’t tell if it’s helping me with my menopause symptoms or not. Need more time with product to feel improvement.
I drink it with my morning coffee every day and it does have a distinct taste to it but it’s not bad at all. I only take it once a day and it’s recommended 2-3 times daily so it’s not fair for me to say it’s not working because I’m not using it as directed. I would buy it again because it’s affordable and a good organic addition to my diet.

So glad I tried this!!!
I started off taking the pill form to help with low to nonexistent sex drive and almost immediately noticed an increase in my energy levels. Which was a good thing because I’ve also been depressed and just wanting to stay in bed all day eating junk food. So when my supply ran low I ordered the powder form because it will last longer. I mean after all, it has helped increase my energy level so what else can it do, right?! I am a newly turned 37 year old woman with three girls and I don’t remember wanting sex so badly when I was younger. Totally not complaining!!! And neither is my husband! Ever since I started taking the Maca root, my whole family had noticed a big difference! I add 2 tsp to my coffee or hot tea every morning. After doing research I found that Maca Root assists in weight and muscle gain. I was really impressed that it also assists in gaining weight in the right places, as a vegan my body has went through different changes, so I was happy to find a safe product that could assist me in a full yet skin shape. The product came fast, nicely sealed with instructions on how to use. I mostly used it in my smoothies.Sometimes when I was lazy , I would sprinkle it on my salad. It definitely assisted with energy boosting. I wouldn’t suggest taking it before bed. I was up all night!! The only downfall for me was the digestion. It make me constipated. TMI I know but I want to be authentic as possible. I am know awaiting my liquid Maca Root as it said to digest better. Oh my butt and boobs have gotten more fuller. And my face filled out as well. Still working on other muscle groups. I recommend this product just be mindful that it may be hard to digest and you may have to prepare it differently then what I did. I may dry using it in baking good (powder) so that my money doesn’t go to waste.
