    I wanted to try to Maca to help with my hot flashes and night sweats. I started with the yellow Maca powder and quickly realized that was not for me. Taking a capsule was the better choice. Thanks to The Maca Team, my order was shipped within a day after I ordered it. After taking the red Maca for 3 weeks, 2 capsules at breakfast and 2 capsules at lunch, I have noticed the night sweats/hot flashes do not last as long and sometimes back down before going full blast. I am very pleased with the Red Maca and that I can get it in the capsule. Thank you!

    Preface: I am taking this to help with (in)fertility issues. In two weeks of taking it my luteal phase increased by a day and increased by another day the following cycle. It has improved other issues as well that are too private for a public review such as this, but these capsules seem like miracle workers to me. I am so completely astounded at how well and how rapidly they are improving my health.

    I love the red maca capsules they are her convient to take. I have no noticed a difference in my mood energy and weight. I originally got mace to help me gain weight and balance.my hormone levels from where I had a hysterectomy at 25 and it has done that plus more.i love.the maca product and will be purchasing me before my capsules run out

I've tried various maca brands over the last 20 years and The Maca Team brand is very special. There is definitely a difference when it comes to the quality and colors of the maca.
