Quality product
The Maca powder itself is very good quality and has definitely improved my female hormonal system. My period is much lighter and I don't really have any physical symptoms anymore with it. I was underweight and with a mixture of black and red powder was able to start putting on muscle within 3 days. Unfortunately international postage is extremely expensive.

I have been taking the gelatinized red maca powder every day for approximately 3 weeks. How I do it is mix 1 tablespoon each of: maca powder, cocoa powder and collagen powder in a small bowl. Add 15 grams of coconut oil, a few drops of stevia sweetener and a pinch of pink himalayan sea salt and stir. It will be thick-ish. I spread it on a small piece of foil and freeze for about a minute (can freeze for much longer if you want) and eat like chocolate bar for breakfast each day. As of now, I have seen no results at all from taking the maca. I give it 3 starts because the taste is good, and I have hope that I will eventually see results. If there is something inherently wrong with how I'm taking it which could help to explain my lack of results (ex - does it have to be dissolved in a liquid?) please let me know.
