Taking for only 3.5 weeks now - Premium Maca
I struggled with the taste so much until I received the email from Maca with tips one of which said cinnamon helps. Adding cinnamon to my milk and maca mixture made a huge difference with the taste. Also I started with 2teaspoons based on the recommendations for my weight. It gave me such a bad loose stool. Now I have cut back to barely 1teaspoon and my stomach handles it perfectly. My main reason for taking Maca is in the hopes that it will give my libido a big boost and I may be able to experience orgasms. I am worried thst taking only 1 teaspoon may not be enough to help my lipido/orgasm but my stomach can't handle more than 1 teaspoon. Wl update my review soon as I begin to feel the effects of Maca.
