Hopeful
I have no doubt that the benefits of the Red Maca are amazing, but I tried it multiple ways and no matter what I did, I would experience severe bloating and gas. I was very hopeful, but it left me so uncomfortable that I had to stop using it. Later I learned that Gelatinized Maca doesn't have that effect. Will try that the next time.
