Red Maca Root
I bought this as a post-menopausal woman to help boost bone density. Not certain how to know for certain if the Red Mac Root actually helps, but I am committed to finishing at least one bag. I have been mixing 1/2 to 1 tsp into morning tea or coffee....the flavor blends better with my lemon ginger tea. The powder does not dissolve in hot tea, it forms a suspension. Stirring the tea before drinking blends the powder better, but if left sitting it will form a "sludge" at the bottom of the cup. Experimenting to possibly help bone density, so uncertain if I will continue beyond the one bag.
