If recommended quite a few times already and not one person has said it didn't; actually, they've all said it worked and are using it now, and can't do without it; these are friends that suffer from lack of energy. A lot more common than you think, also if it's going to be a day of vigorous effort, then take it to last longer. It works in sports also, gives enormous more endurance, like a hormone, but natural.
