Worth trying
I started trying this about 1.5 yrs ago. But wasn’t consistent in taking it. My periods were getting inconsistent. I was 46.5 yrs at that point. There were often late and most of the time Long 6-7 days. But I was taking it consistently. So I started taking it consistently (daily) for the past year. And now I ALWAYS start on the day it is expected! Surprisingly nice!!!! I would recommend to anyone with an irregular period!!

Been taking maca for several years and would usually buy it from Whole Foods or other online sources. But I started buying from Maca Team about a year ago and so far it seems like a good quality company. Website looks nice, products come in good packaging with informative brochures, organic products, farming practices are of good quality which is very important in this day and age. I also like the fact that they offer several types of maca, different preparation methods, different bag sizes and in capsules. Maca has a variety of benefits, but in general I can definitely feel an increase in energy levels, more body strength and overall feeling of calmness and balance. Excellent quality!
This is the first time using this product. It has a malt-like scent and flavor. We are using it in smoothies with almond milk, plain yogurt, spinach, almond butter, and banana and so far are enjoying it very much. The product itself is of excellent quality. We haven't noticed any changes in our health as of yet; however, we are hopeful that this will change and we will see positive health benefits. We are using the gelatinized yellow maca to get our bodies used to it before trying the Premium Maca Powder.

Regulated my hormones and cleared my skin!
I started taking this maca back in February and started with 1/4 tsp in my coffee. Each week I increased it by 1/4 tsp until I got to 1 tsp. I was amazed how it improve my energy level. I got to a point where I no longer needed coffee to help me get going in the morning! Plus my wacky "cycle" suddenly was regulated and the acne on my face cleared up! I couldn't be happier! Even my husband noticed that my mood improved as well. I took a week break and then tried the raw red maca. But it did not have the same effect on my body. I had to return to this yellow maca, and now everything is going back to the way it was. Yay! I'm grateful for this product! Thank you Maca Team!
